CARE
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
GALATIANS 6:2
At Ethos Church, we believe in a holistic plan of care and ongoing support within church community in healing and restoration. With focus on the “whole person” walking in greater degrees of healing and freedom, we believe that counseling, community, mentorship, biblical prayer ministry (Freedom Prayer), and other practical ways of care can surround a person in need. Pastorally, we don’t want anyone in our church family struggling with an issue in isolation. We want to surround one another and provide care in a variety of ways in hard seasons. We believe in community, and we believe that the church should be a safe place for those seeking healing and help.

Freedom Prayer is a biblically based personal prayer ministry designed to help recognize and resolve any hindrance that keeps someone from a close and personal relationship with God. This can look like strongholds from sin, wounding and trauma, false beliefs about God and personal identity, as well as entanglements such as addiction and unholy ties to people or things. It is also a ministry designed to help cultivate a deeper prayer life, with tools offered to promote abiding and communion with God. This prayer ministry is formative in the spiritual journey, providing opportunities to learn to tend the heart before God and grow in listening to him. Freedom Prayer sessions usually last around 2 hours; an individual will be met with a team of 2–3 people to help in the process of seeking God. This prayer team prays weekly for any request given with permission through our Connect Form at Ethos Church. If you have a request, please fill out the Connect Form; your request will be covered by the intercessory prayer team, with follow up if requested.
